This is where you come to find out what's going on in the heavens so that you can dictate your fate down here on earth. Now today we're going to do a bonus episode. I teased in the last episode, the Scorpio season episode that we were going to Sprinkle in some bonus episodes here and there in the coming weeks.

I know everyone is asking me the same question, who's going to win the election, what's going on. So I thought today let's do a bonus episode and look at Kamala Harris's chart and her solar return chart, because you know, let's just get to the answer that you want. I'm not like the best predictive astrologer out there.

In my opinion, I don't use a ton of predictive techniques. There's a lot of amazing techniques out there that one can use. I'm really primarily looking at, the basics, [00:01:00] the transits, the progressions, et cetera. With that said, I'm also really emotionally invested. And so I know many of you know where my politics lie.

I'm a huge supporter, of the Democrats and Kamala. even if they're not perfect, there is, no choice in my opinion. the number one thing on my mind is having autonomy over my body. having just gone through the process of fertility testing, then pregnancy, then having a baby, then being a mother to a child, I just having all of that so fresh in my mind and knowing from having so many other friends in these, in this time in their life where they are having children, I know that so many unexpected things happen in that process and healthcare for women in this [00:02:00] country is already abominable.

To take away your right to have autonomy over your body and to receive the care that you need in a life threatening situation, to me, that is the most important issue. at the end of the day, there's only one choice.

what AOC said about this, I really appreciate, which is choose who you want to work with, or even who you want to fight against, you're up against a lot more. with a potential Donald administration with a Kamala administration, you might not like everything, but there is a lot more that you can work with and You're not going backwards necessarily So we already feel like we been thrown back 50 years with the Dobbs decision.

So I'm not interested in fighting any more fights going backwards. I want to work with someone and advocate [00:03:00] for the populations that need it, with someone who wants to go forward. So no one is perfect. The political system is not perfect, but it's what we got. And if you are in the state, it's what we got.

And you are registered to vote. Then obviously I am encouraging you to vote for Kamala. And today we're going to talk about our chart. So this is a bonus episode I mentioned, it's going to be a little freewheeling, not going to edit it up too much.

So bear with me. first I wanted to give you the basics of Kamala's chart. we did her chart a few months back when she became the nominee. I mentioned there was something big in her chart, and that is that Pluto in the sky, Pluto is the planet that is the ruler of destruction for the sake of transformation.

He encourages us to, move through the transformation and be reborn. so anytime you have a Pluto transit in your life, probably wasn't too much fun, but once you got to the other [00:04:00] side, you are a changed person and you're so happy that you now have the wisdom and that you built that resilience you built during that time.

So Kamala is going through a pretty intense Pluto transit. Pluto in the sky, is squaring her sun and her moon. she's a full moon baby. Her sun is in Libra at 27 degrees, and her moon is in Aries at 27 degrees. That full moon in Aries we had a couple weeks ago was pretty much conjunct her natal full moon

interestingly, Donald also has a full moon chart and Biden has a rising full moon chart. they all are full moon babies, but hers is pretty exact. this full moon in her chart is being squared by Pluto. Pluto, of course, brings big life changing stuff. If you were having a Pluto transit, you're probably going through some life changing stuff.

I've been living in a Pluto transit for quite some time and went [00:05:00] through getting engaged, getting married, struggling to get pregnant, having a baby, all the big life changing things happened with Pluto activating my chart. So I speak from experience. Kamala is having this Pluto transit right now.

squares are tough. Squares are challenging. When you have Pluto squaring a planet, particularly your luminaries, your sun and your moon, which are two of the most sensitive points in your chart, it's going to be intense. But it's also going to cause action. It's going to cause you to take action. It's going to cause things to happen.

lots has happened for her recently. So that's what's going on in her chart. What is also interesting about that is that we are having the political return of the United States of America. Talked about this in previous episodes of the podcast. If you've been listening for a long time, you know, there's actually a Pluto return episode from way back, that you can go back in the feed and find, and I will link to it in the show notes here.[00:06:00]

And I don't remember what I said at that time, but it is the most downloaded episode of the podcast. a lot of people seem to find it helpful. you can go back and listen to that if you want, more basics on the Pluto return to the U S. basically, Pluto takes about 250 years to go around the zodiac, and so, a couple years ago, we had our beginning of our Pluto return.

So Pluto is at 27 degrees Capricorn in the USA's birth chart, and so Pluto was at 27 degrees Capricorn a couple years ago. Now Pluto has been dipping back and forth into Aquarius, but keeps coming back to these late degrees of Capricorn. So we're still wrapping up that Pluto return. Some might say that we're in that Pluto return for quite some more time because we didn't finish the Revolutionary War until Pluto was at eight degrees Aquarius.

But that is another conversation for another time. For now, we know that Kamala's chart her 27 degree Libra sun opposite her 27 degree [00:07:00] Aries moon, inherently squares, the natal Pluto position in the USA's chart. the birth chart of the United States of America has a Pluto that is squaring her luminaries.

So what's happening in the sky right now is mimicking the sinistery between her, her chart and the chart of our country. that is pretty powerful. And now add to that we are having Mars opposite Pluto right now in the sky. Mars is in, cancer. Mars opposite Pluto creates a lot of frustration.

It creates anger. It creates a desire to fight. It creates a desire to, have power. It creates power struggles, control issues, people [00:08:00] exerting their power over other people who have less power. We are seeing this globally. Mars opposite Pluto is not just a phenomenon for the United States

It's happening in the sky at this moment. It's affecting all of us. If people in your life are really raging for a fight right now, or super, restless, or, have ants in their pants and need to go for a run, these are all things that are mimicking the energy of Mars opposite Pluto in the sky. Just a reminder, planets don't do things.

There is an energy that is created. We see that pattern of energy as people have been studying astrology for thousands of years and the past hundreds of years people have really, added a psychological lens to astrology. as we see these patterns play out in our own life, we get kind of familiar with, Oh, every time Mars is opposite Pluto, people seem to lose their shit,

So that's how we come up with [00:09:00] these concepts of why we might be feeling the way we're feeling when the planets are doing whatever they're doing. But at the end of the day, the planets are not doing anything. at least from my perspective as a western person, I don't feel that the planets are gods that are having their hand in something and trying to, create trouble for us.

That is not a perspective that I hold and other people might hold that and that is respectable. But my hope with this podcast and all of my work is to help you dictate your own fate and know what energy you're working with. So once you have that wisdom, you can approach your life in, a more informed way.

So if you know everybody's going to be losing their shit, then you are going to make sure that you come to the table with your energy in check. if you are feeling nourished, eating enough food, drinking enough water, taking care of your body, sleeping, getting in your exercise, if that's part of your [00:10:00] practice, you know, taking care of yourself, whatever it is that you're doing to take care of yourself, you know that if you can get yourself.

to that baseline of just feeling your baseline good, that when you approach the situation and someone else has a lot of control issues, or they're really freaking out, you know that you can come in calm and prepared to be regulated in your own nervous system. That is my hope for this. I told you this is a bonus episode and I was just going to kind of ramble.

Probably I'm not going to edit it too much and we're just going to see where it goes. And I hope it's useful to everyone out there. But let me get back to Kamala because that's what we're here to talk about. And my son is probably going to wake up from his nap soon. Okay, so we have that going on on the chart.

You add Mars to it, Mars opposite Pluto. Now what's created in her chart is a Grand Cross. That grand cross, is the sun in Libra opposite the moon in Aries. That is in her natal chart. [00:11:00] Then you add on the transits and Mars opposite Pluto in the sky creates a grand cross with her chart.

So this is how we look at transits and how they impact your chart. if you come for a reading and we look at the transits, this is kind of how we do it. having a grand cross show up in the cardinal signs, those are the signs that start the season, Aries Libra, Capricorn Cancer, having this particular setup in the cardinal signs, which are the signs that start, they initiate, they light the match, having that occur, and so perfectly light up and activate her chart, Says to me that something major is happening in her life.

And of course, we know being the Democratic nominee for president is major. The Pluto return of the U. S. impacted her chart because it was at 27 degrees squaring her [00:12:00] luminaries. That was her becoming vice president. That was the beginning of that transit. Now we're completing the transit and she's moving up.

She's ascending. whenever someone has a grand cross in their chart, I always say it is an invitation from the universe to level up. from my vantage point, I can't see it any other way than it being in her favor. But I offer the caveat that I am way too emotionally invested to be an objective predictor of what is going to happen.

So that's where I stand in terms of the most important question that you probably want to have answered today. When we look at Donald's chart, we don't see as much activation. There are certainly things that are being activated in his chart, but it's not like, you know, bonk you on the head, sort of.[00:13:00]

Intensity this is why I think most astrologers are predicting that she will win But because there are so many intense transits and because we are going to be living with this Mars opposite Pluto Thanks to Mars retrograde which is coming up soon Thanks to his retrograde pattern we are we are going to be living with this Mars opposite Pluto off and on through the spring

So this tenseness is going to be with us for a while, which leads me to believe that there's going to be a lot of court cases and fighting and I don't think Donald is going away, you know? We already know that. when someone shows you who they are, believe them, you know, he tells you what he's gonna do.

He already did it. He's been doing it for four years denying that he lost. So we're gonna have the same thing again and Certainly that Mars opposite Pluto. We're gonna have a lot of [00:14:00] struggles around that That's what I'm looking at from the transits perspective Now the second thing I wanted to share with you, which I think is really interesting is looking at Kamala's return chart vice president Harris has so just in case you wanted to look at her chart yourself If you are an astro enthusiast and you have an app on your phone You can look up her chart.

she was born October 20th 1964 in Oakland, California at 9 28 p. m. When we look at her solar return chart, that gives us an idea of what the themes for the year are going to be every year, the sun comes back to the same spot where it was the moment you were born. And that is your solar return chart.

It is also called your birth day. So she had her solar return. On October 20th, 2024, just a few days ago. And it was at 1 20 PM Pacific time. And I did [00:15:00] cast that chart for Oakland, California, where she was born. Some people will cast a chart for where you are on your solar return. but most people use the place of birth.

It depends. For Kamala specifically, I'm using this place of birth because she's moving around so much right now. She's in like three states a day. So I don't know where she was the moment of her solar return. and very likely she could have been close. She could have been on Pacific time. I don't know.

So neither here nor there. That's just a little inside astrology kind of stuff. When we look at her solar return, the first thing you look at is where is the sun landing in the chart. So I'm using the Placidus system for those astrum enthusiasts out there. The Sun is in her ninth house. The ninth house is the house of legal issues, the courts.

It's higher thinking, the higher mind. it's justice. She Was a [00:16:00] prosecutor and an attorney general and the court life is like home for her. I like the son being here, but it also does tell me that there's going to be a lot of Legal issues and I don't need astrology to tell me that this whole election thing is gonna get end up You know, we're gonna have a lot of court inner involvement because of what's going on What we already know what he has told us.

So in this chart, we have a Yod, which is a finger of God. It's an aspect in astrology, that is fated, when you have a finger of God, it tells you, to pay attention to that planet. There are two planets that form the hand and then one planet that they're pointing to.

And so in this chart it is Neptune in Pisces and Uranus in Taurus. Both are outer planets, what I call transcendent planets. They are generational planets. They are planets [00:17:00] that ask us to think beyond our small self. So, Neptune is our ideals. the collective consciousness. And Uranus is the planet of shakeups.

He is the rebel. He is the one that forces us to break down what is to have a breakthrough. So having these two planets pointing to the sun indicates that there is going to be, probably some shakeups. we're working with our, the way that, you know, my favorite astrologer Ann Ortley would read this is Uranus, the shake ups, the breakdowns lead to the fulfillment of our ideals, our hopes, our dreams, our, collective consciousness moving toward that sun, that sun at the top of the chart in Libra.

And of course, the Sun is in Libra because she's a Libra and Libra is always about the [00:18:00] scales of justice, equality, harmony, peace, having the conversation, just diplomacy. These are all things that are ruled by Libra and of course she is a Libra. that is the main thing. We're looking at the Sun.

Where does the Sun land in the chart? And then we look at the Moon. The moon in her solar return chart is in Gemini and it's in the fifth house of children, joy, fun, games. The moon in Gemini wants to talk. It wants to chat. It wants to be with its neighbors. It wants to, be involved in lots of things and it's curious.

I like this for the chart because, first of all, the moon and the fifth I like just because there's some fun here. and I truly think work is fun for her. She seems like the kind of person that loves to work. she better love to work cause that's the most important job in the world.

So, I like that for this chart. the rising of the chart is in Capricorn [00:19:00] and. The rising of the chart in Capricorn, it means that the chart is ruled by Saturn because Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn. the rising is at 12 degrees Capricorn, and we look to Saturn because Saturn is the ruler of the chart

So Saturn is in a square to the moon. Not like the best. We don't love that. That means that things are going to be really hard. but it does mean that the hard stuff you're working on is going to have legs. It's going to last a long time. No one thinks it's going to be easy for her. No one thinks that this is going to be easy, even if she wins and even if it's a landslide,

This process is going to be easy for her. moon, square, Saturn, it's tough but to be expected. We do, on the other hand, have Mercury in Scorpio, which is the strategic Mercury, knows how to make a game plan, [00:20:00] trining that Saturn, which is being strategic about your long term goals and putting the foundation pieces in place so that you can get there.

So I really like that for the chart. Both Mercury and the Sun are near the top of the chart, the Midheaven, and the Midheaven is at four degrees Scorpio, Scorpio is about resilience. loyalty. digging deep processing your stuff, seeing what's really going on below the surface, and then rising from the ashes.

So I love that for the Midheaven because, she's going through some stuff for sure. I can't imagine that this isn't a total mind F for her. being on the public stage and dealing with all the criticism that comes with that. so, That is having the son and Mercury at the top of the chart.

When the [00:21:00] midheaven is about your destiny, where you're going what you're known for, and the legacy that you're gonna leave behind. if she is elected, she will be leaving behind an enormous legacy as being, the first female president, not to mention the first, black and South Asian president.

so all of that is in the solar return chart. when we look at the solar return chart, lots of interesting stuff. Of course, the Mars opposite Pluto is in the solar return chart because it's going on right now and she just had her solar return. Mars is in the house of the seventh house, which is the house of open enemies, It doesn't sound great, but kind of good because you don't want to have them.

You don't want to have this in your 12th house of hidden enemies. You want to be able to see the enemies. So Mars being in the seventh house of open enemies, I don't hate it for that reason. Pluto is in the first house. And to have Pluto in the first house means that you have power.

I. love this solar return [00:22:00] for her. I know it's hard because the sun is in that T square to Mars opposite Pluto. the moon is squaring Saturn, but I don't think anyone thinks it's not going to be hard taking the path that she's taken. the sun Squaring Mars Pluto, if we put this solar return chart with her natal chart, it creates a T square because her natal moon is at 27 degrees Aries.
